It’s no secret that I am STILL very much a Floridian at heart.
If you don’t know this about me yet, I spent 16 years of my life in Sarasota, Florida before moving to Rhode Island and always jump at the opportunity to photograph a wedding in Florida. Not only do I love the relaxed southern charm of Florida weddings but it also gives me an opportunity to visit my parents who still live there.
Nellie and Taras celebrated their wedding day in Lakeland, Florida at the beautiful Haus820 venue. Haus820 is a beautifully renovated historic warehouse adorned with original white brick walls and 22- foot ceilings. Being the blank slate that it is, Nellie chose to transform the space into a romantic candle lit tropical paradise (my kinda gal!)
It’s been a little over a year since their wedding day but with the little bit of extra time that we have been having at home lately I though this would be a perfect time to reminisce. Nellie + Taras, I hope that you enjoy looking back through this day for many more years to come. I know I did.
Moments before their ceremony, Nellie discovered a surprise painting in the gallery!
Huge thank you to all the vendors who made this day happen!
